This training course on NFPA 13 – Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems (2025) allows participants to deepen and strengthen the skills necessary to correctly interpret and apply the design, installation and analysis requirements for automatic sprinkler systems, through live, interactive, instructor-led training.

The course takes participants into a realistic digital industrial and logistics environment, where they will need to apply the requirements of NFPA 13, analyse real scenarios, evaluate alternative solutions and make technical decisions in real time. The teaching approach is designed to develop a concrete and operational understanding of regulatory criteria, going beyond simply reading the standard.

The course is suitable for fire safety designers, installers, maintenance technicians, engineering companies, as well as risk engineers working for insurance companies and brokers, for whom the correct assessment of sprinkler systems is a key element in loss prevention, risk assessment and asset protection activities.

Interactive training covers a wide range of NFPA 13 requirements and improves your ability to:

  • identify and correctly interpret the applicable requirements,

  • design and analyse sprinkler systems according to risk,

  • assess the suitability of solutions adopted in industrial and warehouse contexts.

The training course is enriched by collaborative exercises and instructor-led discussions, offering a structured and practical overview of the main protection strategies using sprinkler systems.

The course lasts a total of 21 hours, spread over three consecutive days: 11–12–13 May 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET.

The course can be purchased individually or as part of a bundle with the NFPA 20 – Standard for the Installation of Stationary Pumps for Fire Protection course:

  • Course NFPA 13 (stand-alone): €1.950 + VAT

  • NFPA 13 + NFPA 20 bundled solution: €2,950 + VAT (instead of €3,300 + VAT)

This training course on NFPA 20 – Standard for the Installation of Stationary Pumps for Fire Protection guides participants through the entire life cycle of a stationary fire pump, from design and installation to commissioning, inspection, testing and maintenance (ITM).

The course is particularly suitable not only for companies involved in the design, installation and maintenance of fire-fighting systems, but also for risk engineers working for insurance companies and brokers, who need to gain an in-depth understanding of the technical and regulatory requirements of fire pumps in order to:

  • correctly assess the suitability of the solutions installed,
  • identify recurring critical issues during the design, installation or management phases,
  • provide qualified support for loss prevention and risk assessment activities.

When an organisation is responsible for the installation, testing and maintenance of fixed fire pumps, or when such systems are a key factor in insurance risk assessment, it is essential that the personnel involved are up to date with the latest requirements of NFPA 20. Investing in training improves the technical quality of decisions, reduces risk exposure and enhances the professional competence of the personnel involved.

The course lasts 2 days (14 hours) and will be held on 14 and 15 May 2026.

The course can be purchased individually or in combination (bundle) with the NFPA 13 – Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems course:

  • Course NFPA 20 (stand-alone): €1.350 + IVA
  • NFPA 13 + NFPA 20 bundled solution: €2,950 + VAT (instead of €3,300 + VAT)

The bundled option is designed for those who want comprehensive training on the main active fire protection systems, providing an integrated overview of sprinkler systems and fire-fighting pump systems.
