Continuity<\/strong> is a fundamental element in ensuring the operational resilience of any organisation. This includes emergency response plans, continuity plans for processes and functions, ICT and disaster recovery plans, as well as escalation, communication and personnel management models. Using a structured and internationally recognised methodology, we support organisations in identifying critical processes, internal and external dependencies, and the potential impacts of a disruption. BIA provides an understanding of which activities need to be recovered first, within what timeframe and with what resources, providing a clear and shared view of business priorities.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"1280\">Our approach combines interviews, workshops and document analysis, allowing us to gather detailed information and transform it into concrete, easily usable results. We analyse financial, legal, reputational, operational and security impacts, defining recovery objectives (RTO, RPO, MAO) and the minimum operational requirements necessary to resume activities effectively for each process. The methodology follows the guidelines of the ISO <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1215\">22317 <\/strong>standard, ensuring rigour, consistency and comparability of the data collected.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1846\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">At the end of the project, we provide clear, structured and immediately applicable reports, which include criticality maps, priority matrices, fundamental dependencies and operational recommendations. We also support the client in validating and presenting the results to management, facilitating the decision-making process and the definition of the most appropriate continuity strategies.
